Workplace Safety Training – Windom

The training will address workplace violence as a whole, from the common verbal altercation to the rare homicide. We will focus on how to identify a potentially dangerous person and how to intervene should you suspect someone’s behavior may be leading down the “pathway to violence.” The training will also focus on the phenomenon of an active shooter. This will include current trends, best practices in police/fire/EMS response, what to do should you find yourself in this situation, as well as general recommendations for individuals and organizations to prepare for, respond to, and recover from an active violence event.
